Platform Operations & Legal Scope
1. Service Operational Basis
The BirrWise application, including all integrated database tools, visualization panels, multi-currency ledger engines, and receipt scanning modules, is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for personal financial charting and capital tracking.
2. Financial and Tax Disclaimer
Under no circumstances do the automatic financial visualizations, cash flow trajectory forecasts, sandboxed database querying engines, or AI advisory summaries constitute formal financial advising, professional wealth management strategies, or binding legal tax consulting. Users are advised to seek accredited financial consultants and certified tax accountants for binding strategy recommendations.
3. Sandbox Use & Database Scopes
All sandboxed capabilities executed inside the application context are strictly bound to read-only queries within user-scoped Row-Level Security. Users must not attempt to execute injection vectors, malicious denial-of-service scripts, or query sequences targeting system components.
4. Limitation of Liability
BirrWise declines all liability for financial choices, asset management allocations, or ledger calculation errors made by the user based on analytical readouts computed within the application interface.
